If they are not damaged, they can be kept for several months without problem. It’s a godsend for us cooks. But how to prepare them without falling into routine? Gratin, puree, velouté…

The soup comes back regularly on my table, it’s so good and comforting! So here is an original recipe that changes a little and that I’m sure you will adopt. It is delicately tangy and tasty. Above all, it is a soup without water but with cider, the alcohol of which will evaporate quickly on contact with heat. Amazing, right?
