“My health space” celebrates its three years. How does it work?
What do we find on my health space?
Your health space is available online on the monsopaceste.fr website or by downloading the mobile application available on the App Store and the Google Play Store. You will find there:
– A “health book” to allow you to store your medical information (such as prescriptions, exams, biology results, hospital reports, medical certificates, as well as family allergies and history). Your doctor, your pharmacist and all other health professionals feed it.
– A messaging to receive information from health professionals, and exchange documents with them.
– A directory with selected and certified health websites and health applications (daily tension measures, monitoring of a chronic disease, etc.).
– A health agenda to record your medical appointments. It should offer alerts for screening or vaccination reminders. You can also file the document for your trust.
How to connect?
My health space aims to facilitate your medical follow -up. You can activate it using your vital card. Just click on the “Activate my health space” button located on the home page of the lespaceste.fr site. There is no need to have activated your profile so that a healthcare professional can file a document there.
How to get a code?
On the Monespaceste.fr site, click on the “Activate my health space” button then “I need a code”. You will need a few minutes and your vital card. Complete the form. You can reach the advisers of my health area by phone from 8:30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday at 3422 (free service + a call price).
Is it mandatory to connect?
No way. But your profile is created automatically, by default, if you are the benefit of a health insurance scheme. You can go to the site to oppose it. To close my health area, click on your profile located at the top right of the screen then on “Settings.”
What data security?
The security and protection of personal health data contained in my health space is guaranteed by health insurance. This specifies that “these data is hosted in France on servers that meet the highest safety standards. My health space preserves medical confidentiality, since it is the user who decides which health professionals can have access to his documents, and the documents he agrees to share. »»
The documents present in my health space are visible by health professionals authorized there by law and regulatory texts. Neither health insurance, nor mutuals nor occupational medicine have access to this data.
Make your choices
If you wish, it is possible to receive emails to alert you to add or modify document or consultation of your space by a health professional: in this case, the email address visible behind the name of the ‘Transmitter is “[email protected]. »»
A history of activities lets you know who has consulted your data. You can consult it by going to the “Activity history” section located in the “History and data” section of the parameters, in your space.
You can also limit access to certain documents to certain health professionals. You can select the documents that health professionals can consult or hide them, block health professionals of your choice, manage access to your medical file in an emergency.
How to communicate with your doctor?
Only a healthcare professional can initiate a first exchange with you within messaging. You will then have the opportunity to answer him. Or you can initiate a new conversation with a health professional who has already written you without starting from an existing conversation.
How to recover a prescription?
To download a document, go to the “Documents” menu of your profile (in the left column). Click on the line corresponding to the document you want to download and then click on “Download the document”. One in two health document is now sent directly by health professionals via my health area.
