Émilie Franzo’s Christmas recipe, aka “Plus une crumb”: as an aperitif, homemade crackers

Ingredients
For approximately 50 cookies
- 200g flour
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 50 ml olive oil
- 30 ml of water
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of fleur de sel
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon of rosemary.
Preparation
- Mix flour, yeast and salt. Add the beaten egg, olive oil and water. Knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6). Spread the dough. Sprinkle it with sesame, rosemary and fleur de sel, pass the rolling pin again.
- Detail the biscuits with a knife or using a cookie cutter. Place the crackers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes.
