Ingredients

For approximately 50 cookies

  • 200g flour
  • 1 tbsp. teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp. teaspoon of fleur de sel
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon of rosemary.

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, yeast and salt. Add the beaten egg, olive oil and water. Knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6). Spread the dough. Sprinkle it with sesame, rosemary and fleur de sel, pass the rolling pin again.
  3. Detail the biscuits with a knife or using a cookie cutter. Place the crackers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes.
