Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- 800 g chicken net
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 Greek yogurts
- 1 lemon
- 4 salad sheets
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 pinch pinch
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Prepare the sauce: Chop the mint sheets (reserve some for the final decoration), press the lemon and mix them with yogurts, salt and pepper. Reserve in the fridge.
- Cut the tomatoes, The pepper and the brunoise onion. Book.
- Cut the chicken into cubes of about 2 cm. Prick the pieces on skewers, sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper. Cook in the barbecue or on a grill pan.
