- Wash the mushrooms and mince them. Peel and chop the shallot.
- In a casserole dish, Brown the bacon for 2 min without fat.
- Add the mushrooms And the shallot, brown them for 10 min, then deglaze with the cider. Then add the broth and the pearls. Count about 8 min of cooking, mix regularly.
- Add the cream, Lemon and chopped parsley 2 min before the end of cooking.
