How was this project born?
The actress Anne Charrier had a real thunderbolt for the novel by Nicolas Mathieu. With Gabor Rassov, with whom I used to work, she adapted it for the theater and offered to make the staging.
What does this text reveal to us?
Even a woman with a strong personality can become a victim of violence. On stage, Rose lives the stages of her silencer erasing, and the grip she undergoes reveals himself to the spectators.
A book that you could reread a hundred times?
Martin Edenfrom Jack London, the story of a sailor in love with a big bourgeois who is also the overwhelming story of an almost vain attempt, of social ascent.
A film that you never tire of watching?
I am passionate about the work of John Cassavetes. “I would be ready to do anything to solve a problem, including making a film on it. This sentence of him corresponds well in my way of considering cinema.
An object that you keep preciously?
The photographs and drawings of my two children. And also a small figurine of and, the extraterrestrial, that my son offered me.
The person who counted the most in your family?
Before my children, my dad, Richard Bohringer. It has been my base since my mother left, when I was nine months old. Supported in his task by my great-grandmother, he took care of me alone. Our link is unwavering. Tell him I love him, My next film, evokes the absence of my mother and its impact in my life.
A cause for which you would commit?
I am a godmother of the overthrows, a wonderful theatrical company that raises the boards of actors with mental disabilities.

I taste it. Faced with the noise of the world, to all unanswered questions, I believe that there is a form of humility in silence.
The beauty that will save the world?
That of the precious ties that we feed with our loved ones and with nature. Without them, humanity would be lost.
