Is walking in town a good idea?

The point of view of Blanche de Richemont, traveler writer

Dear Cathy, walking is always the right idea. Get out of the walls, take the air, taste daylight, move, explore, shake up comfort, think differently. It is said that walking thirty minutes a day is enough to feel benefits for the body and muscle tone, as well as for the mind, because it soothes and strengthens mental clarity.

Of course, if you have green spaces near your office, it’s ideal. But if this is not the case, then look at the trees on the sidewalks, look for the escaped flowers of the macadam, listen to the birds in the middle of the horns. Have fun looking for routes far from traffic, in calm streets or wooded avenues. Go as if you are embarking on a new adventure every day, whatever the time it has.

And if you fear pollution, do not forget to breathe through the nose, because it filters the air particles. At worst, you can put a mask, but above all I advise you not to think of the drawbacks (because in any situation there is a black point), but rather to savor these escapades with your colleagues and these different exchanges which will not fail to arise under the sun or the clouds.
