The recipe for terrine with peppers, feta and pesto from our reader Mathilde
“I discovered this recipe a few years ago with a friend. Every time I prepare it, I think of her. In winter, its colors – red, white, green – are reminiscent of Christmas and naturally find their place on the table. In fine weather, its freshness and southern flavors also make it an ideal starter. Simple to make, it crosses the seasons without ever tiring. My husband and I love hosting our friends and sharing simple, elegant dishes with them that we can prepare several days in advance. This recipe lends itself perfectly, without losing any of its freshness.”
