Here is a recipe that offers a good dose of vitamins. She also has the gift of soothing my heart with her bright colors.
Although the iron content of spinach has been questioned, it is nonetheless an excellent source of antioxidants. Diuretics, they also help clean the body. Ideal after the holidays!
Beets are popular with athletes because their juice increases their performance. But their pigments especially interest us here for their antioxidant power.
As for the orange, it is much better whole rather than pressed and stripped of its fibers. My tip: keep its skin and dry it for future use (sauce, marinade, cake).
